eBay Stay?

So I'm in need of a new stay for my 07 600rr. The OEM one is ~$100. I can get a new OEM one on ebay for $92, a new OEM one from the dealer for $110 (it is listed as $72 on their website online, not sure what gives), or (I hate to say it) an eBay one for ~$40. I read that someone on here got one and it fit perfect.

How many people have experience with ebay stays? How was the fit? Did the tabs like to snap off? Thanks for any input

Got mine from here. http://www.yanashiki.com/

I didn't notice any fitment issues. I have heard the fake carbon ones from ebay are crap, never put one on though.

Those of you who've gotten ones from eBay please be specified... Did you get the knock off ones or a oem that was being sold from a parted bike.

IMO I have had no issues with eBay products. Overall my experience has been a plus... I've saved sooo much money over the years! And I've bought non oem replacements with little to no issues. Just be sure to check the buyers return policy and feedback before every purchase!
eBay is not the devil! Everyone makes it out to be sooo horrible! It really isn't!

bit of a thread revive but i got a brand new non oem knock off stray for my 03 CBR600RR off ebay out of china, was an exact copy of my oem one, even held up great in a lowside barrelroll, top fairing got smashed up and no bends or twists in the stay :) pretty good for a cheapy out of china that costed 1/3 of the cost of a oem one from a wrecker

i believe.. whatever doesn't kill you simply makes you.. stranger
