The VIN on the sticker, not the VIN stamped on the frame, does appear to belong to a stolen bike.
The VIN stamped on the frame, the one that looks crooked, is not the original VIN that belongs to that frame, that would be the VIN on the sticker...
It's a tampered bike. They will be able to locate the owner using the real VIN, JH2PC37025M210569.
