You need to be very careful about powdercoating wheels. After a certain temprature you will negatively effect the wheels structural integrity, thus making it weaker.

Edit: did some research and it depends on what grade material your wheel is made from.

you can buy low temp curing powders and bake around 300* if i recall. thats a bit lower than normal i would usually bake around 350-400.

ive had tons of wheels powder coated (none on abike however) and never had an issue.
