Stolen 2012 600RR San Diego CA

My bike didn't even last a week at my new apartment I just moved into, took a gamble not having a garage and paid for it. Bike was stolen within the last two days, police report and insurance claim filed. USAA is waiting until Aug 5 in order to allow the police department a chance to find it.

Bike has all stock stickers removed except the small honda on the tail behind the passenger seat, CRG black levers with red adjusters, clear stomp grips, dunlop Q3 tires, MRA racing windscreen, Proton flushmount signals, bike only had about 5500 miles. Only damage the bike had were some small but noticeable scratches on the rims if you look closely, scratched them up pretty good when I took the wheels off lol, thanks for anyone that takes the time to read or keeps their eyes peeled.

It's definitely a huge bummer! I live off of Hotel Circle N near Old Town, right down the road from Fashion Valley, so it's a nice area. A resident probably tipped someone off or a thief just followed someone in through the gate to scope out all of the bikes. Still no word yet

She definitely was an awesome bike man! She's probably parted out by now lmao, or someone turned it into their stunt bike. Such a shame

Wow, 2days? That's crazy. Bike theft in Cali is the worst I've ever heard.
Atleast you were smart and had full coverage insurance.

The day is finally here gents! Moving forward with my insurance claim, waiting to hear back from them to see how much they're going to cut me for the loss. Fingers crossed!

This sucks man, such a nice bike. I know that area too it's pretty nice...quiet.
Did you have the bike covered and chained/locked to anything? I know you said you had just moved, so I'm wondering if you didn't have a chance to buy a cover and lock, if things may have been different...out of sight, out of mind ya know.

I don't live too far from there, so this has me more nervous than usual

You hit telegraph on Sundays? HMU, we can drag some knees when I get my bike back or a new bike. You might've already ridden with me before.
