Hi I'm looking for a certified Honda technician to set up my suspension for the track. I am from Trinidad and Tobago and we do not have any dealer or certified techs here. Willing to pay for airline tickets and hotel accommodations for 3 days, but you must be certified and experienced in suspension work especially for the race track. Message me if interested.

FWIW, you can do all the basic setup possible on your own.

Takes 1/2 hr, and a good few beers for you and friends.

watch the Dave Moss suspension setup vids on youtube.

Search "suspension setup" OTF....then get a couple of friends and have at the adjustments yourself.

Unload rear suspension to make adjusting rear preload easier, and get a good C-spanner to do this right.

for me stock springs were too stiff, (IIRC 1.1kg/mm....for a 225 lb rider?) so i resprung to 0.9 kg.mm.

I weigh 180 lbs with gear.

If you need to respring.

go to racetech's website for spring calculator.

Really, no suspension tuners in T&T?

business op!

You do not need a honda certified tech, you need a suspension tech. Honda tech will known how to repair, not adjust and modify suspension on a per person basis.
