I dont mean to insult you, but are you sure the kill switch is in the run position? I ask because I`ve seen people crank the batttery dead with the kill switch off.
The battery is fully charged!!!
The kill switch is not in the on postion.
There is 3/4 tank full chevron super unleaded gas in the tank.
the 30 amp fuse is not blown.
None of the fuse on the left/clutch side fuse box are blow.
Everything lights up.
The motor cranks.
I hear no fuel pump when i turn the key to the on postion.
NO gas no start, gas is neeeded for combustion.
OK ANYONE?
I KNOW THERE ARE GUYS ON HEAR THAT KNOW THERE ****! honda car/motor swaps! let me at it.... Bike eer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try push starting just to be sure and eliminate the charging system.
do you have a pc3?
it may be flooded also. the manual says what to do, but i'm too tired right now to look it up. i think it is something like hold the throttle all the way open while trying to start it. then once it starts let off.
i'm not sure why you wouldn't be getting the fuel pump startup noise though. sounds like it is time to use that warranty.
The bank angle sensor is a black plastic box mounted forward of the clocks. It has a "this way up" arrow on it. If the box is not right way up, the fuel system won't work, as the bike thinks it's upside down.
Hey, i'm having the same problem, let me know if you find anything out cause I've called may dealerships who one don't know what it could be and two can't get it in for 2-3 weeks, which is way too long....Good luck
Had a bad Engine cut off relay and Fuel relay. Tested the realys and they had cotinuity, but were still bad. The oil light should go off after the relays cycle. If your relays are not clicking or oil light not going off after key cycle, probably a bad relay. Key switch, and kill switch are also in the loop. After relays cycle you should have power coming out of the Brown wire from the Fuel relay to the pump.
Theres also a few good post's in the troubleshooting section about this.

Never removed the front fairing so im assuming its not that sensor."it was never moved"
I tested the fuel pump and it does work.
ive narrowed it down to i think it might be a bad ignition or the ecm.
the oillight stays consitently on and not jumping any codes. no bad fuses 30, 10, and all 3 relays on small fuse box side are all good.
so my buds gonna come down with his rr and ill swap out ecms hopfully thats it.
Just to clarify proper function. The oil light will stay on as long as the ignition is on. It turns off when the engine starts. If your ECM is sending a code the oil light will stay on when the engine is running.
keept flicking the kill switch, it might still think it's on, happens to mine whenever i use the kill switch to turn it off. keep doing it until you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key

Run jumper wires from your battery to the pump directly and see if it runs. It should run constantly until you unhook the jumpers.
