Hello all,

To give you background information I race a micro sprint that is powered by a 2010 600rr on carbs at the moment. I have finally got all my injection parts gathered up and will be switching over very soon. The injection is stock but is in a aftermarket box for space issues in the car. I came across this irc this morning and have been researching into it all day. The track rules won't allow the irc plug and play module, so I am going to have to go the route of getting the 07-08 ecu and doing the repin thing. I am needing a little more information and pictures if possible on what exactly needs to be repined and how to tell a 07-08 ecu apart from the others. I will be running injection with PC5 and auto tune.

Thanks in advance
James

Also I have a 08 wiring harness to go on it as the one that is currently on the car had to be cut was down to run carbs

I'm not a motor guy by no means, but I was told that the after market air boxes, with stock injection, have the injectors closer to the throttle bodies than the factory boxes, therefor the pc-v is needed. I was told I could run an HRC ecu with pc-v if I wanted, I planned on it. But life as happened so I'm going to run the stock ecu for the rest of this season. I was looking for free mods and came across this ecu swap thing and figured it'd do for now

I'm afraid I don't have the pins you need since our oem ecu's don't have such issues (EU bikes)
But regarding your questions.
By changing the position of the injectors what you will need is to change is the timing of injections which cannot be done wither by HRC or by dynojet pc-v
What you can do either with pcv or HRC ecu is to adjust the amount of fuel injected (and not when).
What I would suggest you after a small research I had is to contact some specialists in micro sprint. I noticed cbr is one of the most common engine so I'm sure you'll find answers to your questions quite easily.
HRC ecu can be reprogrammed, pc-v is quite easier to work with.

thanks
