s7ven,

How much was it?

Does the pearl white match exactly? I thought I read that mugencbr's white cowl didn't match for some reason.

About $155. There seems to be an illusion where the cowl looks a tad bit whiter than the bike. But i think its from the silver on the tail... dunno. Same pearl white though.

i dont think it will, because the front edge curves down, its not flat across like the old ones were.

Yes, I said exactly the same thing. The white IS different. I'm going through this with the dealership I ordered it from right now. I think the pearl is a difficult color to match. Either that or the first batch of cowls has a slightly different mix. One things for sure however, it is noticeable. From the rear of the fender to the cowl you can see the difference. I see red's in the cowl,
and grays on the bike. Time will tell. I ordered another one from my dealer under warrant. We will see.

Do or do not, there is no try!

I hope it works out bro, that pearl paint is a bitch to match. The yellow cowl didnt match my 03 pearl yellow perfectly either.

Yeah, I've heard there were no matching problems with the blue and black.
