Like the guys selling the '03 Tacoma said, this is probably a shot in the dark selling here, but its worth a shot. I have a set of OE Tacoma Alloy wheels off my '04 Tacoma. they are 16x7 and I have the centercaps and lugs. Took them off at about 5k miles to put on new ones. Asking $200 plus shipping, or pick up. Im in Middle GA.
