Yellow RR and rider with yellow HRC jacket sighting in NYC [Archive]

I was driving on the hudson parkway going into the city and I saw a yellow RR with a jardine merge onto the highway. I was in my black supra and put my arm out to give him a thumbs up. But the guy just passed me and got off at near 79th street.

also, saw a guy. at a gas station right before the PIP in fort lee. he was with other riders..it was a red one. I was on my RR this time. was it ne one here?
