: 07 Moriwaki full exhaust install
urvaius 04-19-2007, 05:26 PM install still in progress. everything fits perfect on the bike. Here are a few pictures and a video. Warning the stock tail light does not fit with the race system. I'm dremeling it out now to fit until I modify the 06 tail light onto it.
I think it sounds great. as soon as I make a map on the dyno I'll post some numbers.

Hi Mom 04-19-2007, 05:35 PM Looks like extremely good quality parts, and the sound is so throaty! I'm a little jealous!
synrrgy 04-19-2007, 05:36 PM Nice! Post pics when everything is done!
paul46rider 04-19-2007, 05:53 PM looks good dude. Had the same problem with the stock fender when i fitted mine.
07blackcbr 04-19-2007, 06:26 PM That sounds soo badass!
urvaius 04-19-2007, 07:21 PM Ok finished installing. had 1 more snag. the left lower hit the left header. I had to cut it out. I am going to round it out later. No big deal though. It is a race system.
Here is the tail it still hits the exhaust. It will have to do until I modify the tail light.

kekoa 04-19-2007, 11:46 PM dang why do so many exhausts require cutting the body work?? :(
Andrewbox 04-20-2007, 12:27 AM dang why do so many exhausts require cutting the body work?? :(
just full systems. no slip on has yet require you to cut your plastics that i know of.
cbrRedRag 04-20-2007, 12:32 AM youre my jesus
Max Power 04-20-2007, 08:02 AM If you are going to take a video you should move around a little, otherwise it just looks like a still picture that shakes... :)
Frigging awesome exhaust, though. Thanks for the pics!
vid sounds sweet.... thanks for the post... you get a dyno baseline done????
Andrewbox 04-20-2007, 09:41 AM Youtube wasn't working last night so i could hear it. That thing sounds damn sweet. real deap.
urvaius 04-20-2007, 11:32 AM ok next video I will move around lol. I haven't done a dyno run yet or started on my map. I will most likely do that on Monday as it's my day off.
RedFireRR 04-20-2007, 12:46 PM Nice.. 1 question though.. Is there enough room to still change the oil filter without removing headers?
urvaius 04-20-2007, 12:57 PM oil filter is accessible. you don't have to take off the headers. I did an oil change after it was installed.
erion racer 04-22-2007, 01:15 AM Man that's crazy that you have to cut your plastics!!!
Andrewbox 04-22-2007, 01:20 AM Man that's crazy that you have to cut your plastics!!!

psxstudio 04-22-2007, 04:33 PM Nice can! Sounds great too.
paul46rider 04-22-2007, 04:37 PM Man that's crazy that you have to cut your plastics!!!
like andrew said, u have to most system, had to gring mine away to fit my akra system, its well worth it
urvaius 04-23-2007, 02:23 AM I still haven't made a map for it yet. I did install the arrow full system map from dynojet's website. It seems to work pretty well. very smooth and pulls very good.
urvaius 04-25-2007, 04:25 PM I did a few dyno runs today. I don't have a copy to post as I don't have a scanner available right now. With the arrow full system map on the power commander the bike runs awesome. from 8500 all the way to 15.5 teh air fuel is spot on . it is a little up and down before that but not bad. max hp was 103.31 torque at 45.03 I'm not sure on the corrections the dyno has built into it. It always seems to be a bit low. for comparison my friends 06 r6 racebike with custom map and leo vince full exhuast made max power of 106 on the same dyno. (a month ago)
the power curve is very good. from 10-12.5 it increases quite a bit.
I will try to scan this sheet in.
honda pimp 04-25-2007, 04:45 PM Where and how much???
urvaius 04-25-2007, 04:48 PM big valley honda 775-322-4311 $1099. full race system. will take 2 weeks to get in from japan. remember no rear tail light assy and cut left lower fairing a bit.
I will do another video in a day or 2. it sounds even better with the correct fueling. when I downshift and let off the gas it makes a awesome throaty rumble.
urvaius 04-25-2007, 05:25 PM ok here is the dyno sheet. i figured out.http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w203/urvaius/davemori.jpg
itzc0mm0nsense 04-25-2007, 05:48 PM Suhhhhhhwweeeeeeet bike! i'm diggin the exhaust too!
Slyder 04-28-2007, 12:40 AM just full systems. no slip on has yet require you to cut your plastics that i know of.
yeah but u'd think they'd make it so it's a straight bolt on. You didn't have to cut anything on the previous years.
urvaius 04-28-2007, 02:23 AM you should not have to cut the street full system. not sure though won't see it until june
sdilonerr 04-28-2007, 02:56 AM Sounds awesome. Sweet lookin can and the headers are f*in tits!
paul46rider 04-28-2007, 04:36 AM good looking map nice and smooth, is that a 4th gear roll on?
urvaius 04-28-2007, 11:48 AM it was 5th gear roll on. the dyno reads a little low. my friends r6 was 106 and my father in laws f3 was like 84
paul46rider 04-28-2007, 11:52 AM ethier way its nice smooth power
peterson 05-04-2007, 09:34 PM great sound... where can we buy this exhaust system?
urvaius 05-05-2007, 01:00 AM big valley honda 775-322-4311
peterson 05-07-2007, 02:05 AM Thanks man.. i"m still confuse what exhaust to buy for my first new 07 cbr bike.
fatwhale 05-07-2007, 03:24 AM damnnnnnn that's a nice exhaust
skyscorcher 05-07-2007, 05:14 AM I don't get it. Why new systems require to cut the plastics? That’s was not the case on previous years. Do all new full systems require to do that? I don't want to be an ass, but that doesn't look that nice to me, although it will boost the performance a bit.
How do you judge the 10+ hp difference with paul's RR? Just curious. More mods or what?
