Went to o'reillys auto parts and spent 11 bucks.

Then raided the kids school supplies
Simply trace and cut a stencil
Unfortunately I was involved in a crash that landed me in the trauma center recently. I want to take this opportunity to remind everyone to ALWAYS WEAR YOUR GEAR!!!!! because the one day you don't will be the day you crash. THIS IN NOT A JOKE.

Bottom line is I am, for now, being forced to get rid of the bike by the family. Therefore I am passing on some deals to all you guys who have helped me over the past few years. All parts have slightly less than 200 miles!! This season only included 3 days of easy test riding on the street and 1 wet track day up to my recent accident. What is listed is what I have left. Also have some 05/06 fairings/parts in another listing if anyone needs them.

Prices do not include shipping, yet, but assume $15-$35 depending on part and where you live. I am in NJ. Prices based on Sportbiketrackgear.com pricing. If unfair feel free to comment. I am not trying to make $ on shipping and will keep overall costs as low as possible, otherwise will drop my asking price.

Dang it, I don't remember ever doing this when I was younger.
When I blip the throttle to downshift while squeezing the front brake, for some reason I squeeze the brake harder.
As you can imagine, this results in too much brake pressure and not a smooth stop at all.
While I have gotten better, I cannot seem to completely eliminate this habit.
What it the trick to smooth hard braking while blipping the throttle to downshift.
My downshifts have gotten much much smoother over the last month though.
I two finger both brake and clutch and anything else feels foreign.

I'm pretty bad with intros but here it goes.

I have been riding for about 2.5 years now. My first bike was a 2000 Ducati Monster M750 which I have been working to restore. It eventually became too high maintenance for me and I have now put it up for sale.

I recently picked up an 07 CBR600rr in pearl white, and while I miss the torque and the V-twin sound, I am absolutely addicted to how the power just keeps on coming as the revs build up in a supersport.

Here are some photos of my old ducati and a "glamour" shot of my CBR (I never really had a chance to photograph it just yet, but it's just a stock CBR anyways)

What the Ducati started as:

What it ended up becoming:

The CBR:

Anyway, I'm looking forward to doing to the CBR what I did to the Ducati in terms of making it my own. Thanks for looking!

And he's apparently like a chopper dude. But has been dealing with bikes for like a million years or some ****.

Anyway, he's kind of a hard nose cat. And my family hooked me up so and he was a bit obligated to take my bike in an work her over.

So I drop it off at his place and he calls me up and says "Dude, Nice Bike!" And proceeds to tell me that he's super pumped about taking the bike in and he's to going to turn it into a totally badass bike. Says gunna make all my friends and riding partners jealous, etc. HAHAHAHA.

So anyway, he is willing to do whatever I want and apparently he can do a lot.

Right now, he's just "bring the bike back to brand new condition" his words and then next week he's going "take it to the next level".

So whatcha guys think we should do to her?

I have a 2004 cbr600rr, I replaced the chain and sprockets. I used a DID standard series chain 112 links, my problem is it keeps stretching, its been 1500km now. I've heard chains do stretch for first 500 miles, I have adjusted it about 4 times since i put it on; it stretches to the point where its hitting the bottom of the swing arm.

when i installed the chain the wear indicator was just barely in the new zone, it is now in the green area and at this rate will be in the replace area soon.

sprocket sizes i went with stock, 16 front, and 43 rear.

Thanks in advance.
