Leo Vince Evo2 fitment and length

Just bought a Leo Vince Titanium Evo2 (p/n 7736). It's an older version and is discounted I think.

So I'm ready to get it straight on once it arrives, will I need anything like exhaust paste, grinder?? Or will a few basic tools do the job?

Also, I've seen some cans stick really far out the back and people cut them down. Whats the general consensus on this model/make? Is it a sensible length?

you'll need exhaust gaskets (4). Don't reuse the old gaskets. Have a torque wrench handy to torque the headers into the exhaust ports

It's a slip on, so wont need too touch that end of things will I?

you'll only need the exhaust gaskets if you've got a full system.

If its a slip on then just a basic socket set. If you want to torque bolts to right torque then yes torque wrench but not necessary for a slip on install.

exhaust paste can make a nice seal but again not completely necessary, but i would personally put a dab on but then im anal about these things and with torque values.

You don't need to mess with the headers since it's a slip on. You will need a new gasket where the mid pipe meets the cat. A little bit of grease and some basic hand tools and you're good to go. It took me about an hour, never doing it before, but it's straight forward. You can find a good write up in the DIY sticky in the How To section.

Cheers guys. I have the torque wrench anyway, so will just by a bit of exhaust paste to ensure a good seal.

nevermind. It slipped my mind that you have a slipon. Sorry. You don't need much then in that case. Everything you need should be supplied including the grease
