Thumbs up TRIPAGE LED Light Bar (License plate bracket)

Got pulled over a few weeks ago about my location of my license plate, had the fender eliminator and the plate was not in the "proper place" according to the cop that pulled me over. So instead of a $200 ticket I decided to fix it.

So I did a few searches and I found the license plate led bracket from TRIPAGE. Was shipped out and received with a few days. I thought it was a hard plastic, but it was a solid piece of metal (steel/aluminum??). The LED's were properly insulated as well as the wiring which was heat shrinked about 6" from the bracket. I made my own bracket because I wanted to save some money instead of going for the adjustable bracket, which I'm sure is made with good quality. I had to grind down the edges of the bracket because the plates in B.C. are a lot wider than the bracket itself. Overall a great product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone . (pics will be added later)

+1 on this product, I just got it last week and installed it I feel like it is sooo much better than those stupid bolt lights, since you can actually dismount it and remove the license plate if need be (for replacing registration sticker, etc). Also like dtl said this is made of metal so definitely durable.

2 things about this, I had to buy some longer bolts from the local hardware store, the ones that come in didn't quite reach all the way through for me to mount (my FE is kinda thick), also the light seems to be really concentrated in the top portion of the license plate.... I think I'm gonna have to place spacers to make it distribute light to the whole plate.

In all I am very pleased in the purchase/quality/price of the of the item. Props to you Tripage.

Depending on the exhaust you have you can get the wire where it follows the lines and keep it up snug with the exhaust and it will blend in.
