Yes, for the law is the immaculately logical guide which we should always comply with and never question nor refute..........Wake up!

A questions for you: Why does the law change?

The answers to that question is why the law is not always right. The famous words "it's the law" are the arrogant and asinine response for when people at times find out what the law states and are left with a look on their face that screams "but how, why?"........"it's the law"......."it's the mothereffin law" the law which has seen people put in jail for defending their homes against thieves, the law which has incarcerated and executed the innocent. I don't support Anarchy, I support real justice......if you have a system that is faulty and will not compensate you for the transgressions of others then the law can go FVCK itself.

This wasn't in the US, first of all. It was in Lebanon. Different laws. How different, I'm not sure, but surely different. They put themselves in a risky situation. If someone died skydiving or base jumping or rock climbing it would be unfortunate, but no ones fault than their own. This is the same situation, but it's not unfortunate.

Maybe they didn't deserve to die, then again maybe they did. Maybe someone's God thought it was time for these guys to be off of the planet. Call it karma, call it fate, call it bad luck. They took advantage of a her gender and she took advantage of her vehicle's size. They bet their lives on getting away with their petty crime and they lost in the biggest way possible.

no we should challenge it, debate it and measure it, but untill we decide to change it, it is the law and the absolute system we must adhere to. if you disagree with a law, challenge it, but dont break that law for you will be a criminal for it.

the law is put in place by man, hence it wil be faulty, but it is within man's power to correct it.

the problem with "real justice" is it is emotional and never independent. you would rather be the judge of your perpetrator than have a 3rd party judge? that is revenge, not justice

^ Upon further review of the video replay, justice was served. Too bad, so sad for the criminals...

1. No two men should be riding front to back on a motorcycle let alone a vespa.
2. Don't rob a cager when you are on a vespa case and point you will lose.
3. Don't mess with a person driving a mini.

I don't think trying to run them over was a good idea but definately I would not let them get away. Just gotta look at all your options before going to the extreme.

Trying to comit vehicular manslaughter isn't the answer to material loss though is it? Maybe I only think that as I don't have a car licence to do it with

I didn't like the topic title though 'two bikers down :D !!!' with a smiley face and everything, perhaps change to two robbers down or are you looking for some dramatic effect to make us come into the thread you dirty basterd

Agreed.

This lady is lucky she isn't in some pansy Western nation like the UK or France. Shed be in jail and the criminals would be suing her estate.

I say they let her run the other guy over one more time as a crime prevention measure.

All we gotta do here in the U.S. now is get the elderly to stop running us innocent motorcyclists over and have them go after these guys. Let them keep their bad driving, but do it somewhere else! It's a win-win situation!

Track days for the old fogies!

Anyone seen the video of the bank robbers trying drive off on a Vespa and two security guards rip them off of it as they try to "speed" away
