Bike will turn off while riding.. Not Good. Help Please

I recently completed the PAIR Mod, put on a new exhaust (Leo Slip -On), new brake lines, new OEM air filter, fixed oil leak on right clutch cover side from previous owner.
The Story:
I had been riding my bike for about 3 weeks after doing the above modifications. My bike fist shut off when I was on the highway on my way home from work. I pulled off to the side of the rode and tried to figure out why. I thought I might have hit the engine kill switch by accident. I hit it again then turned the switch to on. The fuel pump primed and the bike started right up. I rode it another 4 miles home. The next morning I had left for work on my bike when it happened again within a few hundred feet of my house. I turned around to head back home so that I could grab my car and it shut off two more times.
What Happens:
I will ride in any gear for a couple hundred feet and my bike will randomly shut off. The Tac goes to 0 and the FI light comes on and stays solid. The bike will not restart if I pull in the clutch and release it.
I can hit the engine kill switch while the bike is still rolling, turn it back on and hear the fuel pump prime. From there I can either press the starter and the bike starts up or release the clutch in first and the bike starts up.
I tried to see if it had anything to do with me hitting bumps or the gear I was in. I could not find a connection.
Any ideas on where to start looking?
I already miss ridding her.
1. I have checked the fusees
2. Made sure the wire under the air box was not pinched
3. tested the battery
I know on my 03 my bike was dying while riding and it ended up being the kickstand sensor. You couldn't see it since it was underneath the heat shrink. I just by passed it and it was good to go. Not sure if that's the problem with yours but you could check it.
I just tried to bypass the kickstand sensor. The bike went a little longer this time but still relapsed to the same problem of shutting off while riding. I let the bike idle for about 15 min and it ran fine.
sensor or bas im guessing. ive been seeing alot of jank bas rigs here lately. unscrewed and what not or just plain broken check that too. Lots of threads on it

I have my kickstand sensor spliced together. Did not fix it.
Took my Eng kill switch apart and cleaned it. Did not fix it.
Tightened every ground that I could find. Did not fix it.
Next is checking the BAS up front and the battery.
Guess I am going to have to pick up a multimeter, wonder if Home Depot sells a decent one?
Anything else you guys can think of? I am willing to try anything at this point. It has been about 2 weeks down time now. I might have to bight the bullet and take it to a dealership.
Hello,
Could I ask that you solve this problem ??? My bike also turns off while riding and I dont have any idea why ?
When I driving sudently MIL (led) constantly light and engine stops on LCD display shows FI.
After that when I still rolling on bike I push starter button and engine starting without any problems.
I noticed that problem occurs on the potholed roads much more often than in normal ways
I check fuses, sensor side standing, conectors, charging etc.
I was riding on the freeway one time and my bike started shorting out and I couldn't figure out why it was doing that. Then it stopped randomly. I shut the bike off after I got to my destination and it wouldn't turn back on. It turned out to be a lose battery terminal connection.
Some sort of electrical fuel delivery issue sounds like. I'm guessing the bike is now only running off of what was primed when you toggled the killswitch on and off... Just my .02
Sorry for the long break. I moved from TX up to Mid MO (much better roads). I have time again to try and tackle my issue. I went out on a whim and took the bike for a quick ride to see if it fixed itself during the move. That did not happen, bummer. The same problem is still present.
While riding the bike will randomly at random RPMs and random distances cut off and throw up a solid FI light until the bike dies completely and the oil light comes on as well. The only way to start it up is to turn the bike off and back on. I can due this with the key or kill switch while ridding.

Tightened every ground that I could find. Did not fix it.
Changed out all 4 relays. Did not fix it.
Changed the oil (been about 1 year). Did not fix it (unrelated)
Checked the connections on the ECU and injectors. Nothing
Checked to see if any hoses were pinched. Nothing
My RC did this, it would sputter before turning off, it was loose batt connection. Also a guy who tracks his cbr, I believe his fuel pump was the problem, so he hit it with a mallet, it was a temporary fix for the day
Have you tried to see if there are any trouble codes stored in the ECU. There is a sticky in this section with a guide how to do it. Hay give some kind of pointer too the problem.

I know that it has been awhile since my last post. I just broke the bike all the way down to the eng block and then built it back up checking every connection.
That did not fix my problem. I will be taking the bike into the dealer sometime next week and post up the results. Hopefully it helps someone in the future that may have a similar problem from a long headache.
Have you factored out the pump yet? Might even be the tip over sensor. My buddy had this problem with his 08 600rr and it was a faulty tip sensor.

Did you check to make sure you BAS is installed correctly? there is an arrow that points up and it must be pointing up to function properly. It should also be secured how and where the factory installed it

Have you checked the wires at the ignition? I had a similar issue once & it turned out something had worked it's way loose at the ignition, the bike would just die then go through the start up sequence again. it was worse when I turned the bars full lock to the left, that's how we figured it out, one of the wires was being stressed until it became loose enough to kill the engine

Happened to me twice randomly luckly I was going straight. Subcribe to this thread to see if you figure it out so I can check whatever it may be on mine
