Applicator tool

Wondering if anyone has a spare Rim tape applicator tool. Something like the progrip, or tapeworks.
I've tried by hand and couldn't get it straight. I have the tape just looking for the square tool.
Maybe you have one laying around and don't need it any more.
Hook a fellow rider up.

a lot of people have needed one lately... I think I'm going to try to make a few and start passing them around the net so they can stay in circulation. haha

Put the bike on stands and spin the rim while holding a pencil up against it. The straight line it leaves will make putting the tape on a breeze.

I tried it by hand. Still a bit wavy. I've tried soapy solution to keep the tape on straight while going around the rim and it bunches up. Maybe I'm just not crafty.

Thanks Shadoh.

Thanks Shadoh.
I tried by hand too and it sucked, but once I had a straight pencil line on there to go by it was easy and fast. Just hold the pencil up against something that won't move and spin the wheel.

Mine came with it when I bought rim tape. I threw it out thinking I would never need it again. Should have known better, could have gave it to someone.

I saw a thread where a guy made an applicator out of a piece of cardboard. Wish I knew where that link was.
