yea the suggestion is nobody can tell you, zillions of combinations, but maybe somebody with an 05 whos the exact same build/height/weight can get you in the ball park, in my opinion 5'10 and 160lbs is the 'typical' honda rider so stock settings will be close, im just under that really 150lbs-155lbs with leathers and 5'9 so stock settings on my rr8 are close, which means to get any closer i gotta get a knowledgeable person to do it in person with me and the bike
you wont get much improvement over the internet unless your bike is way off what you need it at or is specifically doing something wrong for you, that advice was given to me by somebody adjusting suspension for over 10yrs for people...so i will have to do it in person someday, who knows maybe this weekend if im lucky? a full tune will cost you as they will replace fluids service shocks and/or buy new springs etc just for your weight, but just getting somebody to adjust the stuff already on your bike to be as good as it can be for you can be cheap which is what i want
if it isnt stock i recommend setting it all to stock settings so your at a starting level and then see what it feels like from there and find somebody local(or a registered suspension tuner like a wp or ohlins registered centre)
