Step 1: buy a can of Red Bull
Step 2: drink Red Bull
Step 3: measure length of shock resirvoir
Step 4: take a marker and transfer dimensions to empty Red Bull can
Step 5: Take a razor blade and CAREFULLY cut the ends of the can off at your marks (I say carefully because obviously the razor is sharp, but the cut aluminum will also be sharp and will cut the hell out of you
Step 6: slide onto shock resirvoir

if it is, you can slice the can lengthwise (think top of can to bottom of can) and then snug it up. after that you could either tape or glue it to keep it together

did this with a can of orange Crush. Looked cool, but the glue I used didn't hold up too well with the heat so it eventually came off. I took the mod a step further and cut the can top to the correct size and mounted it to the side of the shock reservoir so it looked like an entire soda can

I still don't get this, it's so stupid looking. Unless it has a purpose which I can't seem to find.

Some people just enjoy personalizing their bike in any and every way possible. It's not hurting the shock reservoir in any way; so whether it be a race bike or strictly street, this mod is solely for the delight of the bike's owner.

Here's mine.
Yes all about personal preference. I'll add all the blue I can to mine.
I used electrical tape on the reservoir and used grip glue to attach the can to the tape. This way I don't leave glue stuck all over it. Been locked in all year. I used scissors to cut the can so its not such a clean cut, but first try.

If you put some electric tape around it and cut the other end of the can it makes a nice db killer for your 2Bros
