One year...
...of tobacco free life - yay me
Time to quit drinking now.............NOT
So yeah 11/11/11 was the day i quit smoking and today is my first anniversary. In one year i saved:
$2,600
7,300 cigarettes
approximately 43,800 minutes/730 hours of my free time
...and i was considered a light smoker - one pack a day.
Thank you, thank you

Oops i was gone for a couple of days, thank you guys. I already rewarded myself with a new phone in advance but i don't plan to stop there
I encourage everyone to give it a shot and quit - what's the worst that can happen, we can always get back to it 12/12/12 like salsaleh said hahahaha
I do feel much better and i always have an extra, empty pocket

Congrats man. I quit two years ago and it was the best decision I've ever made. It's very easy to fall back in, so don't fall to the pressure. Keep it Up!

Congrats! I have seen people die from lung cancer and believe me, this is not how you want to die. But don't give up drinking, we all need at least one vice.
