Hello, i am starting to get into stunting and am having problems getting the front end up in a power wheelie in first gear. What is the best rpms to lay on the throttle to get the front end to lift?

Power wheelies are harder to control, especially at low speeds. But.. Here's how you do it. Ride out first gear until you are somewhat close to redline, then just spike the throttle and it should lift the front end for the rest of first gear.
power wheelies are gayer than AIDS and do not count as stunting
That said, to do a gay power wheelie, roll on the throttle until youre up in the power band, then really quickly close the throttle so that the bike slows down for an instant, which compresses the front forks. Then immediately whack the throttle wide open. The acceleration of the engine in its power band, combined with the front forks springing back will launch your front end up and beyond balance point in a glorious act known as "looping it". This next part kind of hurts a little, but you're going to want to employ what is known as the "tuck and roll" maneuver. Hopefully once your bike finishes bouncing down the highway, you'll still be able to salvage the frame. Then you're going to want to try again, but this time using the clutch instead of doing a power wheelie. Good luck !

For the record I do not know how to stunt, and I and learning myself.
All I've been doing is getting my bike to about 15-25 MPH then ripping the throttle open (Not all the way). So far this has been very effective for me. I've gotten my front as far as the 10 o clock position maybe higher, but not for long. My MPH is a guess also because my speedo is off.

There are two parts to the video, the 2nd part shows what RPMs I have my bike at to pop the front end up.
To hold a power wheelie, you just balance with the throttle to keep the wheel up in the air. But it sucks because you can only do it at such a high speed.
