yeah, when ppl write this in the RR Modification section, I get cut as that place is hella big and for new kids it can be somewhat daunting.

Exactly. What's the point in joining the forum if all you need to do is search - might as well turn it into a wiki. The point is for people to share ideas and participate actively; we learn a lot more that way than just reading and by sharing what we know and don't know, learn more.
When somebody asks "What's the best slip-on?", "How do you wheelie?", "What's your top speed?" or some other question that's been asked about a million times and will be revealed even with the worst search terms, then I'd say throw out the "Search for it" message. Otherwise, why not just answer the question or ignore it?
