my beloved one...hayabusa gen 1 midnight falcon black edition 2003...

remaining stock was not an option for any personal bike of mine so i did the following...

the stock two piece upper tree went to junkyard and replaced by a single billet one dropped 10mm...

sato rearsets...

shorter dog bones which upped the rear 24mm...

revalved both ends...

tried three db screens...still not happy enough though...

hp time had come so down goes the motor...

flowed the head,and the throttle bodies...put a set of je's 12.3 cr,a set of webs 0.395-0.378, bronze shortened guides,a high pressure oil gear...also flashed the stock ecu upped the rpm's to 11.500 and got done with it...

Don't even wanna ride one or anything larger than a 600. I'm afraid it will make me feel like I'm Fred Flintstoning my bike.

You should change up the front turn signals for smoked ones, I think it'll look much cleaner.

it's a matter of how one looks at it...for example when i ride a 600 i feel it like a scooter with acceleration for laughs...
