Ok so idk what to do if anything here's story. I was leaving work today and I gave my friend his helmet ((he's my best friend of 15 years, and going to be my bestman at my wedding)) and he said oh I'm not elavin yet I'm hanging around. Cool see ya later bye. Ok 5 hrs later his girlfriend calls me and says she can't get ahold of him, he was going for drinks w guys after work, he's on bike, and he's not home or called. So I get worried. Alky, bike no bueno! And he's my brother so I wanna find out if he's cool too. So I call the guys from work finally get one and he says yea all good he's there his phone dead he's fine. Cool. I call her back and says he's good just dead phone still hanging out getting drinks she said ok thanks. Done over. Weellll 15min later I get text from guy 1 "FAG" and guy 2 "fuckin tool bag" I guess she went to the place...
Am I the bad guy for trying to make sure he's not dead? And telling his gf he's alive and well?
Shouldn't he have at least told her his phone was dead at some point? Maybe?
I feel work on Monday will be tense...

Yup both at work with me. I got over it once I typed all that I realized excatly what y'all said. They got sand in the va-Js so whatever. Thanks for the vent though. And no cookies but wife is making pumpkin pie right this second
