I've tried on Draggin and Hood and tbh I really don't like the fit - they have no shape or style to them.
Are there any which are more suited to guys who prefer to wear their jeans a little lower? I'm not talking under the ass but I mean just sitting on the hip?
I tried the Hood with the hip armour but how I wear my jeans, the hip armour actually sits on my thighs!
I want a nice 'slim fit' with obviously some stretch to accomodate getting on and off the bike.
Not bothered about armour - can always get slip on shinguards with armour etc. :)

If you are that worried about how good you look, rather than how protected you are, sell the bike and buy a Infiniti G35, at least you will be safe while you look cool.

A couple of buddies wear Dainese D6 jeans. I think they're about as aesthetically pleasing kevlar jeans can get. Can't do much better.
The Dainese jeans are great. They've got a few different varieties with/without armor. Definitely worth checking out... but like everything Dainese they wont be cheap.
I have Hornee Jeans, and they are a loose fit, and not suited too the hip really imho. They do come large though, and I could probably drop a size with a better fit, but I don't think they are what your looking for.

From what I've seen shopping around, Icon jeans have a loose fit cut. I never got Icon jeans, though, so I can't tell you how they really fit. I have a pair of Alpinestars that are bootcut and provide awesome protection. I'll buy another Alpinestars if I have to.

Thanks for the positive replies. I'll research into the jeans mentioned. The problem is if you are wearing stuff you're not comfortable in you run the risk of just chucking on what ur comfy in and risk protection that's all.
bmw city 2 denims can be found for 180. They are cotton and Cordura blend and they are very well tested on a low side drop I had a year ago. They feature removal ce rated armor for knees that wrap around shin, 50% of the knee area and hip that mold to the contours of your body as you heat up. I ride with racing boots so I'm completely armored knees down to toes.

I have owned the Icon Hooligan jeans since 2007. Over 20, 000 miles and they still look brand new. They have a special vent fabric in the crotch area that is awesome in the summer, not so much the winter. I have never went down in them. The quality is good IMO.
