I bought a wrecked 06rr with full yosh and pc3. The muffler and mid pipe is damaged. And the pc3 was torn loose a little bit. My question is will a slip on for the stock exhaust work on a full system. If not should I go with stock header with slip on and discard the pc3 all together. The bike is going to be track only and I have never played with a Power Commander. I am going to try to piece this thing back together with the least amount of dollars possible without sacrifice safety whatsoever. Thanks
Thanks for the explanation but, maybe I didnt explain what I have good enough. I have a yosh full system on my wrecked 06rr. The mid pipe and muffler of that full system is damaged. Would a aftermarket slip on and mid pipe that is made for a stock header/head pipe work as a suitable replacement. Of course I know I would have to remove the damaged mid pipe and muffler to mount the NEW slip on. I understand why you explained it like you did. Alot of riders dont have a clue what makes a motorcycle run/work, they just put gas in it and go. But I have been riding and tinkering for 30 years. I've never been inside and engine other than valve adjustment and clutch replacement, I've had my old F2 strip to just a frame and back together. lol no offense taken and none given. Thanks

Reason: add stuff
Thanks everyone, I measured my outlet on the Yosh header and its 2 inches, I figure I could make some thing work. Any how, where could I find PC3 install instructions. I looked on DynoJet site, It look pretty straight forward except its say start with the orange wire hook to the left injector (setting on the bike) then continue with the other 3, but it dont say which of the rest of the colored wires goes to which injector. I have a PC-5 for my 08cbr 1000 that I never installed, could that part of the instructions work. Based on color of the wires. Am I making any sense. Thanks everyone.
