Well i was jumping my bike off n my brother crossed the terminals on his side up for just a split second and now I have absolutely no power to the dash or anything else. I've checked main fuse n all of the other fuses on the left hand side of bike. I also bought an ecu off ebay and swapped out n still no luck. Now I'm no mechanic or anything n dont know a whole lot on the electrical side either so can anybody point me in the right direction on things to try next? Thanks

If you jumped the battery backwards that fuse has to get blown up because that is your first safe guard against more severe damage to the bike's electrical components such as battery , battery cables , Rectifier / Regulator the battery is probably fried might as well get it load tested at an auto parts store such as pep boys , discount auto
I am speculating you checked the spare fuse and not the original one check out this picture
The spare one is what you see but the main one is inside that black square box next to the green fuse so let me know which one you checked
