Slip-on prices

So since I got my bike last march I've been wanting a slip-on. I had it basically narrowed down to the 2 bros black series based on looks sound and price, but I wouldn't pass up a deal on a yosh as well. As of tonight I'm really interested in an akra except they are like twice the price of the 2 bros and yosh which are already expensive imo. I really like the length of the muffler and how its nearly flush with the rear of the bike. I was never big on cutting a new pipe, 2 bros for example.

I searched a lot of the frequently shopped websites looking for the best price. I was wondering if the .net members had any input as to when and where the best deal might be. Thanks in advance. Personal experiences, reviews, and pictures would be great too.

missed an awesome deal my yoshi already! I love my yoshi. It was a no brainer for me between cost and looks.

Biohazard (vendor) has the best price. Shoot him a pm. I had searched around and ultimately ordered thru FlyNCycle before getting a quote from Biohazard, and he could have beat their price. When I ordered mine I was thinking I get it sooner being their in Illinois but it ended up being shipped from Cal. So I ended up with a longer wait on shipping. Not bashing FlyNCycle... just letting you know, I could have saved a few more bucks by going thru Bio.

I put up an advert offering to source new titanium arata slipon's for people here in the UK for £550/$876 worth, no bites yet though

what does an akrapovic cost new over there? (edit seen about $700 for an akra, but hmm is arata worth the $176 extra im charging, i mean its not bad considering that is no risk to me and i dont hold stock and im a private person not a company ordering alot...maybe if alot of bites i can bulk order some, then i could beat akra prices for an arata)

Go check out weridemotorsports.com they got leo vince Italia pipes for 200 right now. And some good deals on other versions

yea but leo vince comes in a few versions, the full carbon updated end caps will not go for that low i know since it was on my to do list untill i found arata, havent bought one yet but maybe soon

Bio hazard is definitely the best for 2 brothers but I think the akra is the route I want to go. And I only wanted your yosh if I could get it for the price I wanted to spend on it. I would've payed that price if that fish taco came with the pipe lol. Anyone recommend any vendors for akra?

Love my Yosh, wasnt a fan of the older stylek, but liked the cf end cap, for me it was an easy dec based on price and looks, keep in mind if you get the Tripage IT you will have to lower it as the IT gets blocked, i just lowered myself; now 100% visible ;)

Whilst I can’t comment on price as I purchased mine in the UK I am extremely pleased with my Akrapovic slip-on. I went with the Akrapovic as I do a lot of trackdays so a quieter exhaust is essential as the noise limits here in the UK are getting stricter year on year. That said it sounds pretty good with the baffle in or out and the build quality is exceptional.

haha, slipons. Such a RIP OFF, seriously, air goes through it, they want you to think it's a fackin afterburner for your bike. Snagged a used Scorpion off fleabay for a hundo, mostly for looks sake. Profit margin on an exhaust can connected to some piping must be insane. Eight hundred dollars, hahahahahahaha

My vote is for Leo Vince. Love the sound and looks. Perfect length so no need to shorten. Comes with inserts too if too loud for your taste
