Then I'd probably blow $100,000 in a night at a strip club.

When I woke up, I'd figure it all out then.

Yep. I heard on the radio that the cash option is $345 million and after taxes you're looking at ~$200 million

1. Make sure I actually won and it wasn't DVR'd
2. Pay off all my debt including my family's debt.
3. Buy my mom her dream house and whatever else she wanted.
4. Put away enough $$$ so my son can have all the opportunities I didn't have.
5. Invest or create a company to give Paypal some competition.

I honestly think I would continue to work too. I would splurge but nothing crazy.

I already did the math...

After tax and bs your looking at $305 or o mil in your pocket..

If you buy every combo of numbers to cover the board it will only cost you..

5 numbers 3,125 combinations.. 3,125 tickets.. $6,250 spend

7 numbers 823,54 combinations... 823,543 tickets ($2 a piece) $ 1,647,086 spend to win $305 mil....

Thus making it a investment than a gamble...

Sorry, I have 6 immediate things.

1. Pay off my house
2. Set aside college funds for my 3 kids
3. Pay off my parent's house
4. Pay off my brother's house
5. Hire a financial planner to plan out the retirement
6. Hire a lawyer and update my trust

Assuming there was anything left, things that would be down the pipe?
Buy a bigger house, in an area with better schools, probably outside of SoCal.
Buy a new minivan

Create my ideal job, which would encompass the following responsibilities:
Attending multiple motorcycle trackday/schools and events monthly.
Going back to college and getting my Masters, or maybe another Bachelors in...I don't know, something.
Finding a worthwhile cause to engage with for philanthropic reasons.
Volunteering at a zoo, or w/the Red Cross.

Not sure how you figured this out. Based on my friend google.com they figured this:

Tips from experts
• The odds of winning do not increase or decrease with the number of people who play. For the Powerball, there are roughly 175.2 million possible combinations of five white balls and one red Powerball.

• Picking the numbers yourself or having a lottery machine randomly select numbers does not increase your chances of winning. Records show about half of winners picked their own numbers and the other half had the computer do it.

• Picking numbers above 31 could decrease your odds of sharing a winning prize, as most people play some combination of their birth date.

• Picking numbers above 31 does not increase your odds of winning. Those are still 1 in 175.2 million.

• With all the possible combinations and with tickets costing $2 apiece, there is no way to buy every combination to ensure picking the winner and making money. The rough cost would be $350 million to buy all combinations. After taxes, the cash payout Wednesday is expected to be $327 million — less if the jackpot is split among multiple winners.

• The first thing you should do if you win is sign the back of your ticket, make a copy and put the ticket in a safe deposit box.

I'm sorry but "invest"? I don't think that it would be very easy to spend $350 million in one life time, even after buying all the cool toys.

I have no idea how it works reason why I don't bother...

But Im not sure how many people change the odds of the winning numbers unless they add more ## per people playing...

I just did x to the x power to figure out how to cover every combination of numbers.
