Ok I removed my wheels to get new tires, I insalled then both went on smoothly except the front has a slight bigger gap between the fork and wheel on the left side is this normal? I have an 07 and I followed the steps from the service manual perfectly ie bouncing the front and torque everything to proper spec. I know the spacers are the same size so why would one side have more room? I added some pics so u can see what im talking bout. Thanx in advance.

The idea behind the bouncing is to align the forks. If you did it correctly, left side pinch bolts were still open at this point, so the fork lower was free floating on the axle. Bouncing settles the whole assembly kind of where it wants to be.
Ya I didnt know what the exact reason for the bouncing was for I just figured it had something to do with settling or straining the axle I bolted down the axle then right pinch bbolts then bounce then left pinch bolts . I made a tool to hold the axle so it didnt spin. I used an old bmx axle with 4 nuts the nuts were the perfect size to go into the motocycle axle , I tightened down two nuts on eather side of the bmx axle so they wouldn't move then held it with vice scripts. It worked perfictly. I just wanted to tell everyone incase anyone else was in the same situation as me and forgot to buy the special tool that the service manual doesn't tell u that u need. Thanks again.
