Someone is using my pic???
I have no idea why this guy decided to use a old pic of my bike in his CL add? makes zero sense to me, esp since A he has silver rims, and B has decent pics already. I sent an email to him, dont suppose this is anyone here?

It may be another CL scam. Price seems high for a scam, though. They're usually about $2500 with free shipping!

Just though of a possible reason, maybe he had saved my pic in his album, then uploaded it for his add by mikstake? hmm

That's what I think, definately not a scam if he has a working phone number. Usuallly they leave some sketch email address if it's a scammer, at least from my experience.

ok he just replied to my email, apologized and said he will remove right away; he apparently didnt have a front pic of his bike? anyways thats that :P

I hate it when people do that kind of stuff. That's why one of the first things I ask when looking at bikes on craigslist are, "So are the pictures in the advertisement pictures of the actual bike?"

At least he was cool about it and took them down. Could have been fun if he argued those were actual pictures of his bike.
