Honda does make one of these, but as far as I know, it's only sold in Japan. Here's the NSF250R:
They also made a track-oriented CBR600RR, but I don't see it on the HRC Japan page.
Yes, you can. Here's a link I found to the official Japanese place. I doubt they're available for export, but they may be offered in some other markets.
I vouch for what Maaku said because I have an OEM set unpainted fairings from Honda for my 2007. I bought it from some guy who bought a 07 race bike that came with unpainted fairings that look just like those (no stickers or anything, but have HONDA stamped on the inside of all parts).

I saw and sat on the '13 at the show couple weeks ago. It doesn't look quite as ugly in person. I'm still not a fan of the new nose and fairings. But when viewed from slightly above (as in real life) the headlights aren't so bad... mostly because the cantilevered nose covers them partially.
The rest of the bike was really familiar, right down to the gauge cluster. It looks like basically the same bike with newer forks and ABS. +1 for disappointed.
At first glance on the interweb I thought this was kind of a cop out to Ducati. Like a mini copy cat. The more I see it the more I like it, but for real I thought they would follow the 1k styling ques.

The new 636 on the other hand, she is a looker.
YUP! That's exactly what I thought after seeing it at the show. The bike would look MUCH better in all black.
The all black 636 did catch my eye and it felt pretty good throwing a leg over it.

Thank you for purchasing a 600rr as your first bike.

I think this bike looks great and am excited that they're making a solid red version. Pretty darn sexy if you ask me. Of course the bulky tail light has to go. Surprised that the integrated isn't stock.

So, you're basically saying that the ugly part of the bike isn't quite so ugly if you're sitting on it and viewing it from a position you can't see it.
Nope, it's still fugly. Even if you throw it under a bunch of flat black that hides it's lines somewhat. I'm sure it's just as fun to ride but a total butterface.

They need more impressive riding pictures.. It looks like the seating position of a sport tourer the way the rider is so high up, and just enjoying a leisurely stroll through the canyon.. Lets see a knee down or something!! Get me excited about this new bike!
I do like how they've taken that stupid fairing off that was covering the engine though
I agree. The 09-12 plastics are hideous. Makes me laugh when I hear owners of those years talk about how bad the 13 looks.

The integrated tail light is stock. Gone is the ugly tail light of 07-12
I haven't seen the 2013 in person but im curious to know if i can transfer my mods(2007 6rr) to the new 2013 6rr.. that will be tempting if i can do that. then again i wanna see what yamaha's gonna come up with the r1 or r6 in 2014..
