Have mine , jacket helps conceal nicely allowing OWB carry.

I'd recommend seeking a good instructor, an hour alone helped me recognize some of the poor techniques I'd developed. I love doing different training, just good mind exercise alone. Ironic within firearm and the bike trying to break target fixation habits, both of which could kill you in either scenario.

I have my cpl also. My jacket always rides up and I end up riding around with the gun hanging out. I just picked up a ruger lc9 today. Hopefully it will be More comfortable to conceal than my glock.

More than likely you'll be fine with the LCP, I had the same issue with my XD but with this little guy I have no issues-
Sig P238, I love the damn thing, I call it my point&shoot gun, has just enough weight so it's small frame isn't awkward. Now they have the P938 as well.

I actually went to buy the lcp today. But I ended up with the lc 9 which is bigger than lcp but smaller than the glock 27 I have and 9mm not 380auto. I figure if this won't work I'll buy the lcp next.

I just got my Minotaur iwb holster today. I'll have to try carrying with this new holster while riding. My old one while carrying a 1911 would ride up too and show. I hate that I stopped carrying all summer because of it. This holster sits a lot lower in my pants
Anyone local Interested in a set of sz34 Joe Rocket supermoto pants with knee sliders. Sliders are just about wore out. But I have a brand new set I could sell also.

Reason: I suck
17k on my bike so debating air filter and plugs, don't think I'm quite due for the valve lash yet. I've looked into that manual timing chain tensioner too, buddy has 45k on his '05 and hasn't really done a single maintenance thing like such. Said he needs the valves done though. Honestly I think mine could wait until next season, and make it through this summer just fine.
Other than that I've damn near done the rest of the list, well add SpeedoDRD to plans.
Gear wise I know if I pick up boots I'll never wear them, so looking at the RS Taichi shoes for at least some protection, and some under jean knee type armor. Being realistic to what I'd wear everyday yet feel safe. Also would like to source a helmet with a smaller shell that fits me better, and demote my Fly to the passenger helmet.

I wouldn't waste your time or money on new plugs. I put about 65K miles on my OEM plugs. I did check them while doing my valve inspections and they still looked good, so no point is swapping them out.
I wouldn't even bother checking the valves until 32K, unless you know your bike has been raped around the track constantly.
Anyone who needs plugs, go to Advanced Auto instead of a dealer. Paid $8 per, whereas the dealer wanted $22 per, for the exact same plug.
To answer the original question, I'm doing a bunch of mods for Matt (YBM), but I'll let him explain all those goodies. I just locked down a custom Hayabusa for a guy over by Detroit. He is wanting the full stretched and lowered look with a nitrous kit and custom wheels/paint/etc. Will start on that in February. I also have to squeeze a Ducati 1098 into there for a frame replacement.
For my bike, nothing crazy. New exhaust, rubber, fix fairings and new paint job, already did the fork conversion, hopefully mount and paint some track skins, and something else that I am not going to into detail about just yet.

Id do what chad said about valve lash. I checked mine at 18 k and they were still within spec(at the tight end). Im now at 32k and ill be doing mine.
my timing chain is making a ton of noise. its bad enough to where i can hear it over my buddies piped bike cruising. i took it in for valve adjustment and the guy said they werent to far off. so the tensioner is going to be my next step to trying to fix the noise. any recommendations on the rest though? not to sport bike savy lol
