The mirrors was something I thought of. Everyone mentioned the off sub frame. Other than that I'm not sure. Maybe a few more minutes staring will help.
I took the rear fairing off to try and install the stock oem fender on and take off the fender eliminator i had on, when i couldt do it because i could not figure out the wiring, i put it back and it looks like this, bent. Now i took it to my mechanic to get the oem fender installed (so he can deal with figuring the wiring out) and i thought he would manage to get the rear fairing back on the way it was before but i guess he did not. Here is a picture of how it looked before i initially took the rear fairing off. This is really annoying, and im thinking the subframe is not bent, as before i took the fairing off it was flush with the exhaust.
Thats the problem. This is the best "before" picture i have. All i can say is that i have a very good eye, and before i took the rear fairing out, i have owned this bike for 6 months and im 99% sure the rear taillight was flush with the exhaust, what further proves this, is that when i started messing around and took the rear fairing off and put back on, i immediately noticed it was off. What worries me is, all the bolts and screws match up perfectly, its almost as of i maybe bent the fairing itself (?) if thats even possible?

Can someone point out where to look exactly to notice the bent sub frame?
OP, what's up with the mirrors?
its towards the right of the gap in between the exhaust and the tailight.
And the mirrors are just folded up because im getting ready to put the cover on the bike. Ill try and take another picture later. But my problem is, it was just fine and nice and straight before i initially removed the rear fairing. Its not like it just happened all of a sudden, but my fear is that like i said, all the holes fit perfeclty and flush with the holes on the bike where the bolts go in to hold it in place, now there are a bunch of wires all over the place due to a aftermarker IT tailight, power commander, and alarm being installed, and maybe i shifted some of the wires and its pushing up against a side of the fairing?? Or did i hit a hard pot hole (happens all the time here in NYC) and maybe shifted the exhaust?
I dont know man, but this is driving me crazzyyy! i even started looking for another bike to buy yesterday! Im willing to even take it to a shop and see if they can fix this, yes i know its ridiculous, but im willing to pay $$$ for peace of mind.

Thanks for the info.
I know exactly what you mean; I can't stand it if something is even slightly wrong with my bike let alone something related to the mechanics. Potholes do substabtial amounts of damage, but it depends on how fast you were going, how deep the pothole is and stuff.
Best of luck, hope you get it sorted out dude.

Ok so im NOT crazy, just dug up this picture i had taken of the back of my bike a while ago, and as u can see the exhaust its perfectly flush with the tail light, so its def a mistake i made and/or maybe The exhaust can got all messed up from the pot holes here in NYC. Any suggestions on what i can do? Here are the before pictures, oh and i HAVE NOT been down on this bike yet
