Heres some pictures from the bike show, there not the best as my picture taking skill are rubbish...

I will say i loved the bike show, i felt like a child in the worlds biggest sweet shop, and if your ever going to buy gear like leathers, boots or gloves wait for the bike show. J&S were selling all there this year stock off for peanuts, Alpinestar boots for £40, full leathers for £100........

yea, stop posting them as thumbnails and making me sort them out!!

www.photobucket.com

go there, upload your photo's, then copy the 'direct link' come back here and write [IMG-]*insert direct link*[/-IMG]

remove the hyphens(-) naturally if i write it correctly it will think im trying to actually do an image and then the code will dissapear

P.S. What 600 photo's, we all know you just sat in the yamaha bit!! :P I'm a bit gutted about you mentioning the gear though, I want alpinestarts boots, i doubt dainese was on sale though, they don't do sales they make very little stock so they run out rather than ever having to lower their massive prices

haha, well what happened was we stopped there for a bite to eat, so we were eating fish & chips at the sea front (ah romantic), anyway the seagull $hit on him & it landed in his food, so he was going mental at all the gulls. then he decided to clean his t-shirt in the sea, but the tide was out so he had to walk about 300 yards to the water (nothing is quite as funny as seeing an angry scottish guy storming down the sand in leathers shouting at seagulls), but to top it all off, in that pic he's looking at his bike, why? you've guessed it, another gull had $hit on his seat , he didn't seem to think it was lucky lol.

I'd love to go to the TT mate, I'll need to properly look into it for costs & stuff, I've not had a proper holiday for 5 years due to the gf's uni. a trip to the TT would be a cracking way to celebrate her finishing (finally!!!)

I was thinking of camping if thats possible so ferry and food would be the only real expense...

It's four years since the last time . My dad booked it all , I think the ferry was about £150 ish inc the bike . And then it depends where you stay , I've camped, stayed in a hotel and a guest house.. obviously camping would be the cheapest . The prices rocket for the TT and Manx as expected , but worth it . Even if you do it once . Lots on , motocross , trials , beach racing , sprints etc in between race days . Plus the island is beautiful , especially if you are on the bike

i think you have to book a year ahead or something these days lol...so camping will be your only option if you wait any longer

I was hoping you wouldn't bring this video up...09 is the exact year blade I want...if i go 2012 the insurance goes up a hundred or 2(nvm the price also goes up a thousand or 2) and nothing wrong with 09

however go to any other street only tests, different outcome :) im not a fan of mcn's tests, michael neeves reviews are only good when hes reviewing 1 bike, i liked his long term report on his gsxr750 as he had the 11 one i think it was, i considered that bike...he went into all sorts like differing tyres etc was a proper review, now i've starting thinking about it again it's in my head now...that damn 750 just won't leave my damn mind!!

^I have a feeling that exhaust is rather loud...

Edit: Found a few blades:

£8495, 1400miles

£8495, 3600miles

£7995, 1000miles

£7495, 3800miles

Very niiiiiiice. Congrats, I'm pretty sure it sounds like the devil with the Akrapovic. You must be pulling your hair out waiting for good weather.

Cheers mate..

To be honest it may sound a little too loud, the cats been removed and Y-Pipe put in its place so its extremely loud. Don't get me wrong its a fantastic sound but i will be a bit worried about starting her up early morning, don't want to be waking the whole street up....

Got to ride with Matt last weekend and I can confirm that the R1 sounds an absolute beast. Gorgeous looking thing, completely immaculate. The bike looks brilliant too!
