Yea, the Wifi Remote seems to be a huge hit.

You can stap it to your wrist like a watch, and have instant access to POWER ON and Record, and stop Recording....etc

HR, a bit of help, you may be aware of such an issue.

my app ONLY works in airplane mode on my iphone 4 or if mobile data is switched off. any ideas?

gopro site says some apps need to be deleted that compress APN data? I dont have of the ones listed and dont know what other ones i can/should delete

gopro take an age to reply to emails so any info would be great!

Kinda of Strange. Normally "Airplane Mode" Turns off all communications. Including Wifi.

Are you sure, your in airplane mode, and STILL using Wi-Fi ?

Haha yes it really was a quick video and thanks! It was like a 5 minute ride. I did the forward view first then turned the camera around on my way back.

Nice vid. I would recommend processing it with the gopro cineform software first. Apparently the mp4 file contains 8 bit coding to compress it and the software uncompresses it so you get more sharpness and contrast when you go edit. I tried importing directly into adobe premiere pro first and then tried it processed and noticed a big difference in sharpness and contrast.

I just got mine. Wifi makes it so much easier and u can get an app and do everything from you phone. Start/end video, change to picture mode, to burst picture mode. well worth the money to get the black edition also!
