leo vince slipon install

do i need a new gasket when i replace factory exhaust with the leo vince. also any tips would be greatly appreciated since i am new to bikes thanks alot

All the hardware is included with the slip on. No gasket neccessary. You will, however, need to remove the tail piece to gain access to certain bolts for mounting. Also check the clamp where the mid-pipe attaches to the cat: some exhaust leak may occur and you'll have to fidget with the clamp to avoid any exhaust from leaking out. Installed a Leo on my 08 with minimal issues. Hope this helps.

I did mine with no issues. The hardest part was aligning the hole of the hanger tithe bike.

If my memory serves me correctly in the right side of the bike I had to get a shoe lace wrapped around two points on the bike. And then twist it with a pencil to tighten up to get it to align.

mad man did you use lace tull pull the exhaust together with so it was all the way in as far as possible ? not sure i understand you.

you dont need a gasket, dont over tighten the bracket that connects the pipe to the cat. i put some exhaust putty on mine
