Looks beat up. At that price you could buy two of them, brand new.

Agreed, it's a sick bike and a sick paint scheme but no way I can make use of all those goodies at my skill level

Really? Looks damn good from here.
You're actually comparing this bike to a brand new stock version? Lol, where do people come up with this stuff?

lol
its a race bike, for only 1k miles unless its been crashed i would buy it...not for that price though I have about $150 what does that buy me? the riders leftover sandwhich thats gone mouldy?
think you can buy tenkates ex current year race bikes for about $24k so i wouldn't spent $40k for a bmw race rep when you can buy a wsbk standard bike for much less, i think its the badge thats interesting collectors, is the team famous for anything? Pegram Racing doesn't ring any bells with me...
ahh just seen: "If you purchase the bike, included you be able to come to one of our winter tests and ride the bike and get dialed in by our mechanics on the bike."
so you're also bidding for that experience too

LOL! the parts on the bike are probably worth a pretty coin. I'm on the same boat, but I can't touch my savings

If I had the cash, and a track near by, and a suit, and a good set of balls ...lol!! Then I'd buy her; but that S1000RR would probably scare the **** out of me for awhile and than I'd slowly get used to her.
