I hate country music and all of the radio stations here are just that.. with a couple pop/rap stations. There is one classic rock station but the signal isn't real strong.

Alright, ill meet you half way on that. I know the words to some texas country songs only because some of my friends listen to it non stop when we go places.
Now if you want to go to a real texas country "hoe down" look up Crude Fest it takes place outside of Odessa, TX. For 3 days and nights nothing but texas country bands!! I've gone twice, bishes plentiful!!! Bart Crow, Kc Donahu, Randy Rogers ect ect ect
Cost like $20 to get in and you bring your own beer, the police is in attendance but they just keep the peace and bust minors. You can park an rv or sleep out of your pickup.
