Need to match the subframe to the metallic gray paint and it would look amazing! That white swingarm looks good IMO but would be a bitc* to keep clean!

thar color scheme was definatley available in canada aswell as a 2011 model, i have seen 3 of them and my local dealer still has one for sale.

No.
This is only a 2010 colour. The reason you're seeing newer CBR's with that scheme is because they've been sitting brand new in the dealership waiting to be purchased since 2010.
You could get a 2013 registered CBR in that scheme if you could find a dealer that still has one in stock.
