Just wondering, (2007-2009 Honda CBR 600rr) whats is your current top speed? (mph) and if its higher than the average riders than what mods do you have:icon_lol: ALSO how stable was the bike etc. Kinda wanna a Record from people so we further boost our confidence in Honda =P

163 indicated.....with a 15t front sprocket. (So....actual is something under that)

120 for the first time yesterday... and it doesnt take long either! It is just as stable as going 70 if not more so, but the tunnel vision is the problem.

i hit 156 on my 08 zx6 ... the highest i got my 09 cbr is 112 but i could of gone way faster ...there was a lot of wind so i slowed down didnt wanna chance anything

Ive been up to 155 on my 07' but I am pretty sure I could have reached 170. The bike wasnt the problem. It was a long flat road but even little tiny mounds you dont normally notice start to feel like a launch ramp.

ya only at 130mph also. nice how it smooths out at around 100, but then ya every little flaw in the road kinda has you skipping over the top of bumps sometimes.

183mph on the display with about 500rpm left to go. BTW this wasn't done on a public road filled with other motorists. It was on a deserted airstrip near my friend's house.

I've taken my '08 RR to 150 and to 155, felt very stable, but still pretty crazy...

from what I've read, a stock 07-09 RR should go 168 indicated, about 158 actual mph.

Ive gone 155 redline in 5th gear could have up shift and kept going but chp was everywhere so I slowed down

I have reached over 155 several times at Heartland Park Topeka. As for the stableness, if thats a word, I would have to say it was excellent. Braking on the other hand right before a hard right turn was a little shaky the first few times. On a custom ZX 10 2007 I have reached 185, which I believe was limited, and that was just as stable.

I think you might have a faulty speedo mate, I would be shocked if anyone, at all, on this site has seen their speedo go past 175.

I've got 164mph indicated,. flat out

147 - stock gearing at about 13500 rpms.... its pretty fast but if the suspension is set right its a lot more comforting.

155 , i was going faster but couldnt look down at my gauge to see, this was when everything was bone stock btw.
