07 Been Sitting Wont Start

Ok guys sorry I'm asking this question again. I've read at least 10 different posts on this so let me give you the info.

I have an 07. It has been sitting since just before thanks giving. It started fine back then.

It has not been on a tender so i hooked it up. Tender shows charged but bike won't start. Haven't check it with a meter yet.

Tried to jump start with my car but still nothing.

Gauges work, lights work, and i can here the starter try to turn the bike over but i get no life from it.

I don't think my battery is that shot from 2 months of sitting. I'm in CA. It hasn't gotten colder then 30. I think that there is no way that the battery is bad. I'm almost positive its something else.

My issue is very similar to other members with the one exception that I can't seem to start it for even a second. What can I do? I really don't wanna buy a new battery its something else. Any ideas?

well, hit it with a meter, whats static voltage? and whats the voltage when loaded?

ie: what is it before key is on, and what is it when you hit the starter.

When you turn the key on does the fuel pump prime ?
If it does great make sure the battery if fully charged
hold the throttle wide open while attempting to start the bike
that will stop the spark plug from getting fouled .The bike will
not start right away and will take a few trials to get it going
so be patient

it seems like its flooded. Yes the fuel pump does prime. Yes the battery is indeed charged. I have checked it with a meter. All my fuses are currently intact. It tries to turn over and then dies. We came too the conclusion it was probably bad gasoline and siphoned out the old stuff and put in some fresh gasoline. Still won't start though my dad said he got it running for a second so were on the right track. Whats the next step.
