finally got the time to bake the headlights and do the audi mod. I put the led strip across the top of the headlight, rather than the bottom. Looks much better IMO. Pics below.
yup, the flexible strips from oznium. Their shipping is super fast. I ordered 3 and one came broken on arrival. I told them about it and they sent me a replacement no questions asked.

I've really been wanting to do this for a while now, and I think this thread was the inspiration I needed to go through with it. Thanks for the links and all azntai!
The cycle shell is awesome. This is the third year and it's still holding up strong. It has been through long winters with massive amounts of snow and pouring rain. No rips at all. I'm extremely happy with it and it is essential since I don't have a garage.

Glad it helps bro. The links are great references. I did a lot of research before I did this mod. Let me know if you have questions about the mod.
Looks good. How do you like the GPI triple tree lift? I got a standard pair of stands for my girlfriend's SV from GPI and the front stand likes to drop the bike if you wiggle it a bit... I was thinking about ordering that attachment. Do you think it is worth it?

The LED's that the OP is using are not the side emitting ones, the side emitting ones are much slimmer, with LED's spaced further apart and much smaller led's.
I am actually finishing up doing an H1 projector retrofit for a customer and here are the LED strips he is using, same ones as the OP.
The side emitting LED's look like this: ( this is from one of my R6 retrofits)
