I am pleased to announce that we have finished developing our Mini H1 projector kit for the 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 CBR600RR, and are now ready to take orders.
This is not your typical reflector based projector kit, which normally come with very small fog light size G1 type projectors; Our kit features top performing Mini H1 BiXenon projectors (Low/high Beam).
There is nothing "Mini" about the Mini H1 projectors, they are absolutely the biggest and best performing projectors that will fit your headlights, and in projectors, the bigger the brighter and wider the light spread will be.
All this is made possible by our custom developed laser cut projector mounting plates, which eliminate all the neccesary reflector cutting and trimming needed by most other projector kits on the market today.
Simply remove your existing reflectors, install the mounting plates, and bolt the projectors. Thats it!
Each projector kit will include everything that you need and will consist of the following:
2 bixenon projectors (low beam and high beam)
2 Mini Gatling shrouds
2 Laser cut Projector mounting plates, Powdercoated Matt black
2 slim water proof ballasts
2 35w H1 hid bulbs in 4300K (pure white) OR 6000K (blueish white) OR 8000K(blue)
2 Ballast test leads
2 Alcohol swipes to clean HID bulbs and projector lenses prior to installation
2 complete Motorcycle wire harness, all wires are the correct lenght specifically for motorcycles. (unlike most sellers who sell universal car projector kits which leave a mess of wires).
1 Year no hassle warranty is included though us, no need to deal with the manufacturer.

2 quick questions. which one is just for one halo. front or rear? which would look better. and i didnt see option for audi strip. or did i look past it?

for regular single halo only select 80mm front angel eyes.
I have added the Audi style LED strips option on the website, you can now add them in the Available Options drop down menu.
word. they look awesome. ive never used the side emmiting led. look better then the on top ones in your opinion?
You need side emitting strips because you want the light to go forward when installed in the headlights, so for the low profile ones they have to be side emitting.
The flixible LED strips are top emitting, but can be simply layed on the side when installed, making them shine forward.
Both are about the same brightness, but offer two different looks.

Do you sell the LEDs just by itself? I'm not finding it on your site.

I am actually getting some aftermarket extended dust caps tomorrow, if they fit i will be offering those with the kit. if not, the 03-06 cbr caps fit nicely.
do the leds always have a bluish tint to them. If i get the white HID would the leds be blue or can those come in white as well? Sorry if these questions seem dumb but i'm new to all this along with my new 2011 black 600rr. any chance your able to display pics with the different HID colors and listing them?
And all is plug and play?!? That's awesome. Do the flexible leds come with adhesive on the back or sides?
This kit is 95% plug and play as far as projector go into the headlights, its the easiest kit to install.
after you install the projectors, you will need to connect the angel eyes, led strips, and hid's with the supplied relay/wire harnesses.
I will be making a complete How-To post in the next few days.
The install is very straight forward, its not hard, just follow my how-to.
Flexible LED have no adhesive, but are very simple to glue in place, i usually use clear silicone, which you need to buy any way to glue the angel eyes in place.
Side emitting strips have adhesive on the back, but its not very good, so i would use some better glue on those while installing.

The Led strips that i currently have are cool white and match best with 6000k-8000k hids.
I can order warm white strips which will match with 4300k hids better.
I order all the components directly from the factory to my specifications, as this is not a generic kit, it was put together specifically for the 07-12 cbr 600rr.
The Hid's are Vision brand which are excellent AC type super slim hid ballasts, they are the smallest slim ballasts available.
These are not your typical DDM Tuning or Xentec DC type hid kits.
