I am also doing a 1000rr subframe on 600rr build. This might not be as exciting as clarkies or carrots build since there were the first to do em on here. But I will also post pics of mine for you guys.
It's just a 2007 CBR 600RR
with 1000rr subframe
I crashed my bike on December 30th 2011 at about 70mph, so yeah I spent my new years not getting yucky with the boys but pouring hydrogen peroxide on my body instead lol. I couldn't quite get started on the bike right away because I knew from the get go I had to get new gear, so I ordered new gear next day so I get that out of the way before the bike itself.
I have the Taylor Made Exhaust for it. As pictured below...
Then the bike.
Ignore the gapping on the tank and seat, the tank plastic isn't on all the way.
For the record the taylor made was gonna work great before I purchased it I looked up pictures of 08 cbr1000rr's without fairings and from what I could see the oil pan and the route of the exhaust/headers looked very similar to the 600rr, but the TM exhaust is a dual canister setup and the initial(1st) canister sits right below the rear shock linkage, and for a flush fit it would be a very tight fit and probably hit once I sat on the bike. So I have a second exhaust picked out already and on the way, but won't reveal it the plastics have been all replaced with OEM plastics, but I am gonna wait till the new exhaust gets in and I can fab it up and see if I have to trim any of the 600rr belly pan before I send it off to paint. The paint I am going to go is gonna be a BattleShip grey color like pictured below.

I wanted to do this so bad but I don't know how well I could match the matte black of my graffiti.

Maybe get the paint code from the Honda dealer for the paint on your bike?
When I had my old 95 Civic SI I had to paint some stuff and I called honda and got the code and went and got it mixed.
Same for my e46 M3 I called BMW to get the exact paint code so I can paint my carbon front lip to match.
I don't see how bikes will be much different. Shoot man I will ask a buddy on FB he works for a local Honda dealer and see if he can come up with anything for ya

LOL I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to commit to this after the crash, but then I figured eh rather do it then regret it, then live life wishing I would of done it.
I got the tail section and stuff in the other day. Exhaust should be here the 3rd of March

hey, this would be an awsome build.... did you just get the exhaust from 1000rr.net?

No I sold it on there, I changed up exhaust to a different one. The TM primary canister won't work it sits to close to the links on the shock. 2008 1000RR and 600rr setup is very similar oil pan and header location so the TM actually when I did initial mockup was going to work great but it(primary canister) would sit either to low or to high. The secondary canister sat just right under and behind the peg perfect.

ahhh ok, i was gonna jump on that tm slip on... the oil pan set up actually similar to the 03- 06. i just fit the 08+ 1000rr headers on my 05 600rr.... at first i thought the oil pan was gonna be on the way

I had no idea the headers will bolt up from a 1000 to a 03-06, what I did was the male end on the end of the cat where the typical 600rr slip on slides over I cut that and had that welded to the header right before the exhaust servo, and deleted the servo. The female diameter is the same as the 1000rr header female

Leo Vince Gp Pro II from a 08-11 CBR 1k.
Clearance should be a lot better with some piping running under the shock linkage instead of the canister like TM

The exhaust has been in, I am dropping the whole bike off for fabrication sometime next week. Mine and fabricators goal is to make the 1000RR exhaust work with only header fabrication so future exhaust swap will be direct with any other 1000RR exhaust.
