Ok, so this thread is to show everyone your favourite roads that you've ridden. A map is the minimum, accompanying pics of awesomeness is even better.
So go to maps.google.com, add in all the locations you ride along the way to map out your route. Click on the little print or link button and share away.
Here is one I do once a week if work and weather permits!
I know this is an old thread but was going create a similar one. Whenever I'm bored at work I always get on Google maps and scope out places to ride, always interested on having a perv on what roads other people ride, come one people get involved.
Nice, mate if you come down to Adelaide I'll take you around. Don't know if we have hire bike companies like NSW and Vic BUT I did take a BMW S1000RR on a test ride for 4.5hrs last year. The guys was tops about it, haha, I called up and booked it in and told him I would be going for a thorough test ride. Rocked up in my full leathers!
Scotland looks good but how much of the year is good weather?

You can hire bikes in Adelaide but no sports bikes. Checked shipping and got quoted 800! Maybe ill just rent :) Scotland's warm enough for maybe 9 to 10 month of the year, just depends if its raining. Which is alit from my experience. I'm from Newcastle just south of the border and can confirm that part of the world is good for biking. Always wanted to ride the Hexham to Penrith rout but didn't learn to ride till I moved to oz. Maybe next time I'm home ill try and grab a bike.

Sure you can... there would have had to have been at least one company I would have thought...
Although police presence there is now rated 4.4/5 on that site which is about right, always unmarked police up there now and average speed cameras etc....so quiet these days...however just means they've switched so now we're all on the routes to sheffield or chesterfield...no camera's no nothing haha that's where i did my top 140mph but i don't bother anymore with top speed...
There's one connecting road in that area always forget the road name but there's a warning sign saying '14 bends ahead' haha...always puts a smile on my face, then the anger kicks in when some oldie is going 5mph along the one place with bends!! You can't overtake the bends keep coming up so one car or so ruins the whole thing
