After two weeks i decide to make some changes to make it better (performance & look)
It's not the real performance(4-5 hp) but the sound, the look and your personal style that you can put on your bike to make it special and unique

After making some search in the forum i found the thinks that i want to buy.
I contact with the dealer and i make the deal... While i was waiting for the package i decided to change the oils and oil filter.

And put some new one

Two week ago Greek postal service send me a notification that i have a package. I was so happy that i go straight to take the package. I came back and i open it with all the things inside...

Akrapovic slip on - K&N air filter - Scoprio sr i900 alarm

Sooooooooooooo beautiful

The same night i go home with my best friend ,who has a Yamaha R1 '00, (for companionship) and i start to remove the all the fairings except this with the headlights

Stripped the bike and start putting on the stuff

We start with the replacement of the air filter

After some problems with a screw on the link pipe (the Akrapovic is from the 09 model which is shorter or longer the link pipe don't remember) we put on the exhaust about 2 o'clock in midnight.

But we still have to put the alarm on. We want to hear the sound of Akrapovic but we cant in home so we have to put the alarm and put all the fairings back to go for a quick walk. I have a look to the diagrams and decide which wires to cut and what from what... After installing the alarm and put the fairings back About 5 o'clock in the morning she looks like this

Pictures are from the morning when the sun raise (can't wait to hear it)

But the video is from the night

Bi-xenon Projector Lens

I was thinking about one month for what to do with my lights. First i was thinking of going with a good xenon bulb kit but i knew i regret it because i will blind the coming people and the light output wouldn't be that what a want... So after some search in the forum i decide to do the Projector retrofit alone...(of course with help of other posts)
Thanks rsp919 for the perfect thread...
http://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.p...=projector+kit

The light output with phillips blue vision was...

Low Beam

High Beam

So i start my project. It was Monday morning and i went to DHL to get the package.

Reflectors needed some modifications (triming) to put inside them the projectors

The result was perfect

I like it very much

The light isn't so blue like the pictures... It's more white with a hint of blue

I forgot to say that the bulb are 35w 6000k

More pictures are coming...

Bikes coming along nicely man, looks good. Two things, why did you end up buying in Canada? what did shipping cost there?? and how do you find "cleaning" the white rims :P

Your's looks good too

First i forgot to say that i am the second owner and the previous bring her to Greece. He lived in Canada and in 2009 came back to Greece and bring her with him.

I remember he told me that the cost of shipping plus taxes was too high and he regret it but i don't because i prefer the my color sheme from Eu colors!!!
The white rims now, are a f@cking job to clean them. I use soap for fats for dishes and clean them very well but with lot of scrubbing...

The result rewards me so i don't complain't for the difficult cleaning!!!

Bike looks real nice. I actually like the white wheels with the red/black setup. I want that exhaust/tuning setup! I have the same akro slip on, but need a little money for the arrow headers to finish it up. Good job!

I was thinking of painting the wheel gold but i saw a picture of red/black with white rims and i loved it so i make mine white. The arrow headers will make the sound more screaming like yoshimura and will loose the deep bass sound of akrapovic slip on. Maybe akrapovic headers will amke the same result but i disapointed just a little...
