went over to Dubai over the weekend and gave the bike show a visit. squidding was at its best over there, lots of "wtf" scenes, however it was a fun time.
blv it or not, its so much tougher getting a Job in Dubai if you are an arab...
goodluck though, you could also try Abu Dhabi
True that my nephew (Arab, American )was over there and could not stand it after 6 month he quit his job and returned to the US he got hired for being a US citizen but treated like an Arab he said its night and day treatment

I wasnt talking about treatment, its just that they have become so picky with religion/nationality. its sad but of course they have their reasons. treatment on the other hand has nothing to do with nationality/religion. Everyone is respected regardless of nationality, the only advantage westeners have is that they can get things done easier and faster. that is paper work, dealing with government people, applying for Jobs, etc. When it comes to Arabs (except for locals) everything is a process and security checks are inevitable.

It's the same with most of the GCC countries and a lot of times in your home country as much as I hate to admit it.
