Front Caliper Bracket.
Hey I looked around and was unable to find a thread regarding the front caliper bracket removal.
My Bike is chromed from head to toe. My inner front fork tube has scratches that allow fork oil to escape from the seal. My options are to rechrome the tube or change the tube. I have extra forks and would like to separate the stock Caliper bracket from the inner tube and add my chrome caliper bracket to a new inner fork tube from my spare forks.
I hear they are separable, supposedly screwed, glued and pinned. I would like anyone who has experience dealing with it to comment. thanks.
