New Owner from England

Hey there

My name is James and i have just become the new owner of this CBR600rr3

I am also new to bikes aswell this being my first proper bike i hope to learn a lot.

welcome to the forum and congratz on the bike James!!!

take a motorcycle class, if you can - these do help newer riders and be patient and try to take it slow at first. also gear up and most importantly - have a lot of fun on the bike!!!!

welcome to the forum james, where are you in england, theres a few of us on this side of the pond.

BTW are you sure thats an RR3? the USD forks didn't come in til 05, or has it had a front end conversion?

I am from newcastle mate.

Yeh am pretty sure its an RR3 as its on an 03 plate i think it has had the front end conversion and a few other upgrades just not sure what its had done

Welcome to dot net.. Nice looking bike and you did good getting the newer front conversion.

From what I can tell as far as mods. I see aftermarket plastics with solo seat cowl. Inverted forks, aftermarket levers, rearsets and case covers, looks like a sport touring or corsa style windscreen, integrated tail, framesliders and swingarm spool sliders
Wave rotors,stainless brake lines and pc'd rims. Swingarm is either painted or pc'd.
Can't tell what kind of aftermarket pipe....
Someone's put some coin into it..this thing is tricked out.

Congrats and would like to see some closer pics if you feel like posting more. I've never seen that scheme before.

Edit... it should have the year date under the solo seat cowl also.

What wrathsrr said. Your bike has a tonne of mods done to it already - looks very nice! Welcome to the forum. Looks like the mirrors, front indicators and grips are few of the only original parts remaining.
